IN-TC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at in-tc.com (the “Service”), a trading community platform where users can discover communities, follow traders, and share trade notes, watch ideas, and position updates. • Account data via Google OAuth — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• User-generated content — posts (notes, watches, opens, closes), community memberships, profile information, and any other content you voluntarily submit to the Service.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and IP address, collected automatically when you access the Service.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To display your profile and content to other users of the Service.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform's features.
• To moderate content and enforce our community guidelines.
• To communicate service-related updates or notices.
• To serve relevant advertising through Google AdSense (see Section 5).

You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you grant IN-TC a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of operating the Service.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us using the information in Section 10.

We may retain certain information for a reasonable period after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
• With Google and its advertising partners as described in Section 5.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of IN-TC, our users, or the public.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
