By accessing or using IN-TC (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

IN-TC is a trading community platform that allows users to discover and join trading communities, follow other traders, create profiles, and share trade notes, watch ideas, position opens, and position closes. The Service is intended for informational and community purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.

To access certain features you must sign in using a supported OAuth provider (Google or Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Nothing on IN-TC constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other kind of professional advice.

All content shared by users — including trade notes, watches, position updates, and commentary — is for informational and discussion purposes only. You should always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment or trading decision. IN-TC is not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on content posted on the Service.

You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Service (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant IN-TC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the Service.

User Content is visible to other users of the Service and may be indexed by search engines. Do not post content you wish to keep private. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post any content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates the rights of any third party.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotional material, or misleading trading information intended to manipulate others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service.

All trademarks, logos, and Service content created by IN-TC remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding. User Content remains your property, subject to the license granted in Section 6.

The Service may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements. The Service may also contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IN-TC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
